The Dangote Petroleum Refinery IPO is LIVE. Kenyan investors can subscribe TODAY through Daba Finance or MyStocks Africa — no Nigerian bank account, BVN, or CSCS account required. The window closes October 13, 2026. You have 28 days.
The Dangote Refinery already exports fuel to Kenya, Ghana, and Cameroon. The revenue that will fund your dividends flows from East African markets. And now, for the first time, Kenyan investors can own a piece of the asset that supplies their own country.
The Dangote Refinery IPO is confirmed for listing on the Nairobi Securities Exchange — giving Kenyan retail investors official, regulated access to Africa's biggest IPO.
The refinery exports jet fuel, diesel, and petrol to Kenya. You are already a customer of this business. Now you can become an owner.
The refinery earns over $6.4 billion annually in export revenues. Management has committed to a dollar dividend structure for qualifying investors — a hedge against local currency risk.
The refinery plans to expand from 650,000 to 1.4 million barrels per day by 2030. A Lamu-based Kenya refinery project is also in development. This is generational infrastructure.

I am a Nigerian financial literacy advocate and the founder of Rise With Stocks — a pan-African investment education platform with over 350 members across 15 countries. I have been tracking the Dangote Refinery IPO since before the SEC filing was submitted.
I know what it feels like to invest without understanding what you are buying. I lost ₦6,000,000 in the Nigerian stock market before I truly understood it. That loss is the reason Rise With Stocks exists — and the reason I am talking to Kenyan investors about this opportunity, not just Nigerian ones.
"Africa's biggest IPO is not a Nigerian story. It is a pan-African story.
The refinery already fuels Kenya. The dividends could flow to Nairobi.
I want every prepared African investor — not just Nigerians — to have a seat at this table."

Yes — and you do not need a Nigerian bank account, BVN, or CSCS account. Kenyan investors can subscribe RIGHT NOW through Daba Finance (dabafinance.com/en/dangote-ipo) or MyStocks Africa (mystocks.africa/dangote-ipo). Both platforms use an omnibus model with local KYC.
The minimum subscription is 10 shares at ₦525 per share — approximately KSh 650 at current exchange rates. Subscribe through Daba Finance or MyStocks Africa in KSh with no Nigerian account needed. In practice, most investors subscribe for significantly more to increase their allocation chances in an oversubscribed offering.
This depends on your investment structure. Investors who hold a Certificate of Capital Importation (CCI) — confirming funds entered through official forex channels — may qualify for dollar dividends. Without a CCI, dividends are paid in naira at prevailing exchange rates. Your guide covers this in full.
Both. The prospectus has a retail investor tranche specifically for individual investors like you. Retail investors may also receive up to 2 free bonus shares for maintaining their minimum shareholding for the applicable holding period.
You may receive fewer shares than you applied for. Any excess funds are refunded promptly to your broker account. The issuer may absorb up to 30% additional shares with SEC approval to accommodate excess demand.
